On Saturday 15/03/03 many of the club members had turned up at the club to prepare for pre season testing of both RIB's.  What they found was smashed high security lock and an empty boat container - both RIB's had been stolen between Saturday 08/03/03 and the 15/03/03.

5m Humber Assault

• Twin 30hp mariner - 2 stroke engines, short shaft & manual start.

• Centre console -seated with combined Lowrance GPS/sonar unit, bottle rack to the rear.

• Identifying Features - club stickers on console, home made A - frame and fibre glass patches on inner hull covering tube material and outer hull.

5.3m Northcraft

• Twin 40hp mariner - 2 stroke engines, short shaft & manual start.

• Standing centre console, with Humming Bird radio, Eagle sonar unit, compass unit and Lowrance GPS navigator.  Bottle rack fitted to the front & rear.

• Identifying Features - Centre console is fitted across the boat and requires the cox'n to stand whilst driving. Home made A - frame, also fibre glass patches on chines and bow.
